That’s me! Tiffany Moroch: head honcho of the Moroch family. I’m a stay at home mom to two kids, Carson and Leilani, and the trophy wife to my husband, Phil. I have been at home since Carson was six months in the womb. Prior to my current 24hr shift job, I was a mental health counselor. As much as I loved my job and truly have a passion for that work, I always knew I wanted to stay at home when I had kids. I thought I’d go back part time when my son was about six months old, but I think we all know how that ended. So for the foreseeable future, home is where I will be!
My kids, husband, and I live in a small-ish town in Connecticut, which is actually where both my husband and I grew up. The town’s claim to fame is an outdoor shack that serves overpriced hamburgers, if that gives you any idea of how riveting our town life is. Despite the town’s lack of booming tourist spots, our family does keep busy. We spend every waking moment (seriously) outside in the spring and summer and like to visit all sorts of places within an hour or so from us.
I have a pretty relaxed parenting style that some may say verges on free range. My husband likes to describe my style with the simple sound of the whoosh of helicopter blades going at full force. I, however, describe it as lazy. Whatever is going to get us through the day is fine by me!
I am excited to start on this blogging journey and am always open to feedback. Feel free to comment or send a message and let me know what you’re liking and what’s truly snooze worthy. Something in particular you’d like to see? Let me know! The more people following along, the more boring of a party we can conjure up!
